User Experience (UX)
To design successful and relevant digital products, we need a clear understanding of the individual users, their behavior, and pain points. These insights help us, in the team, to shape a sensual, aesthetic, novel, product experience with the user’s point of view in mind.
For me, the power of design lies in making things tangible, visual, and understandable. Through prototyping, we are able to discuss and test, aligning teams on product ideas before any coding begins. I love when users in a test say - “ But it looks so real!” - even if I only show them non-functional screen mockups.
Usually, I work with agile teams, at the intersection between the product owner and the development team, to shape the product vision and to define a functional and stimulating user interaction. I do both UX/Service Design and UI; I apply Design Thinking and design brand-compliant screens following existing guidelines.
